Kindly note that all Oooh Darling designs are handsewn upon order, and we require a minimum lead time of  3 weeks, excluding delivery. If you require your shoes to be completed earlier than 3 weeks, an Express Surcharge will apply.

From finding your fit to creating your dream pair, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Can I try on the shoes before ordering?

Of course! Visit our studio by appointment to explore our collection, try different styles and heel heights, and get guidance on finding a pair to complement your bridal look.
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We offer complimentary tracked shipping within Singapore and ship worldwide.

Once your shoes are ready, local delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. International delivery generally takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your destination and shipping service. Overseas shipping fees are quoted separately based on your  destination.

Delivery estimates exclude production time. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for your shoes to be hand-sewn before dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my shoes?

We want you to find your perfect fit. New, unworn shoes in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection for a one-time exchange or store credit, subject to our policy.

As each pair is sewn to order, a fee of 40% of the price paid applies to shoe returns and exchanges. This fee is waived for incorrect or defective items. Sale items and purchases made using store credit are final.

Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles, and contact us before arranging a return or exchange.
Can I customise my wedding shoes?

Yes! Our Mix & Match service lets you pair your preferred shoe base with your favourite design. From delicate lace to shimmering embellishments, create a combination that feels uniquely yours.
When should I order my wedding shoes?

Each pair is lovingly hand-sewn upon order, so please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for your shoes to be made, plus delivery time. We recommend ordering early so you’ll have them ready for your gown fittings.
