We offer complimentary tracked shipping within Singapore and ship worldwide.
Once your shoes are ready, local delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. International delivery generally takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your destination and shipping service. Overseas shipping fees are quoted separately based on your destination.
Delivery estimates exclude production time. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for your shoes to be hand-sewn before dispatch.
We want you to find your perfect fit. New, unworn shoes in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection for a one-time exchange or store credit, subject to our policy.
As each pair is sewn to order, a fee of 40% of the price paid applies to shoe returns and exchanges. This fee is waived for incorrect or defective items. Sale items and purchases made using store credit are final.
Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles, and contact us before arranging a return or exchange.
