Oooh Darling uses Asian/European size for its footwear collection.
Please note this the size chart is a standard international shoe size conversion, and it is not a guarantee. The comfort of a shoe is affected by a combination of factors such as size, cutting and heel height, etc. For example, shoes with the same size but different cutting may not give the wearer the same level of comfort. We recommend heading down to our studio to try the shoes and check the fit.
If you are in between sizes or have wider feet, we would recommend going half a size up for comfort. You may also consider to purchase heel liners for a better fit. Alternatively, we recommend heading down to our studio to try the shoes and check the fit.
ABOUT THE SHOES
It is ideal to order at least 3 months before your event. This way, you will have time for exchanges if needed.
We have put a lot of thought in our design process to create a style that is comfortable for you. Furthermore, all of our styles have extra padding for all day comfort. Our mesh styles are also more comfortable as the material is more stretchy.
Our shoe size ranges from 35-40 EU size. Unfortunately, we do not offer sizes below 35 or above 40 EU. Please check the product details for the sizes offered for the style(s) you are interested in. When in doubt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately not at the moment, but we might do so in the future. Unfortunately no. If you like a design but in a different heel height from what’s available, do drop us an email to express interest. We love listening to your feedback and may offer your desired heel height if there is enough interest.
The best way to know when your style/size will be back in stock is by adding the item to your waiting list. We will keep you updated via email if the item becomes available again. You will also be notified if we restock this item or open a backorder for it.
Yes! We ship to anywhere in the world that major shipping companies deliver.
It’s on us for SG orders! For international customers, it varies depending on the shipping method that you decide. The available shipping options with their rates will appear during check-out. For international customers, please note that any custom fees or VAT imposed by your country will be additional and are the responsibility of the customers. You will receive a bill from your country’s customs office when the package arrives in your country and before the package can be delivered to you.
If you’re located in SG, you should be able to get your order within 1 week. For international orders, it typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive. It all depends on your location and shipping choice. Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 14-21 business days as each pair is made-to-order.
Once your order is shipped, you may track your order in ‘Recent Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.
Click on the ‘View Order’ button that corresponds to your order number to view your tracking number. Alternatively, you may refer to the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.
COMMON SHIPPING AND DELIVERY QUESTIONS
First, please track your package online to see the latest information. Second, check with your neighbour, receptionist desk, or where your packages may have been dropped off at. Next, please contact the carrier (i.e. UPS or NinjaVan) to inform them that you have not received the package. For international customers, please check the tracking number provided to you via email to see if your package has been held at customs. You may need to pay custom fees or VAT imposed by your country on imported goods before the package can be delivered to you.
In the case of failed attempt of delivery, please contact the carrier (i.e. UPS or Ninja Van) and arrange for a re-delivery. They will be able to further assist you.
