All packages are shipped from our Singapore office via NinjaVan, unless otherwise stated.

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 14-21 business days for shoes and 3 business days for veil & accessories as the item(s) are made-to-order.

While we always work closely with our delivery partner(s) to ensure that the products get delivered securely to you within the shortest reasonable time frame, we seek your understanding that during periods of exceptional sale volumes (public holiday long weekends, sale periods, etc), there might be some delays expected. 



You may view your order status in ‘Recent Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.

Your order status is reflected next to your order date.

We regret to inform you that you will not be able to cancel or make amendments to your order once your order has been successfully placed.

ShippedYour order has been sent to the designated courier company. You will receive a notification email with tracking number sent to you.
CompletedYour order has been fulfilled.
On holdYour order is currently pending for more information before we are able to proceed with your order.
CancelledYour order has been cancelled.
RefundedA refund (in store credits) has been processed.



Once your order is shipped, you may track your order in ‘Recent Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.

Click on the ‘View Order’ button that corresponds to your order number to view your tracking number. Alternatively, you may refer to the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.

Thereafter, you may visit the online tracking system of NinjaVan at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking.

Next, enter your Tracking Number into the relevant field to track your order.

Kindly note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system of NinjaVan.



We accept deliveries to hotels. You will have to provide the room number and local contact information. Deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception, and you are required to inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be deemed as delivered. We shall not be held responsible for any lost orders due after acceptance of the goods by the reception counter.

We are unable to ship orders to restricted locations in Singapore including: Changi Air Freight Center, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal Wharves – Tanjong Pagar / Pasir Panjang / Sembawang and MINDEF COMCEN.

Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Box, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.



Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. In cases of unsuccessful deliveries / returns, NinjaVan offers a total of 3 attempts (Original attempt + 2 subsequent redelivery attempts).

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers, and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.
