I was introduced to Oooh Darling by my friend when sourcing for a pair of elegant, embroidered heels for my wedding. I was so in love after seeing their heels online and knew I needed to set an in-person appointment to try out the heels. The whole experience and customer service was really enjoyable, and Cheryl understood my concerns and request well. I went with the laurel white pointed toe heels and added on for more beadings and embellishments in the middle arc of the heels. Though I opted for higher heels, the comfort and fit gave me 0 abrasions on wedding day and I absolutely love it. Definitely saving this pair for my friends' big days and special occasions as well. Definitely will recommend Oooh Darling for wedding heels :)

The appointment I had with Oooh Darling was so stress free. It was a breeze choosing the base, colour, and design. They made sure that I was kept in the loop during the sewing process, and I truly must say, receiving the shoes made me feel sososo excited for my big day! The heels are comfortable and absolutely gorgeous. 10000/10 would recommend Oooh Darling to any of my bride-to-be friends!

I must commend Oooh Darling on their excellent service. I had made an appointment on 1 May 2023 to view their shoes and the staff on duty was very patient as she explained the various types of heels and designs they carried, and gave me suggestions as well as I wanted a pair of shoes I could wear on a regular basis after my wedding. I chose the Quinn design with block heels. The shoes were very well-sewn and very comfortable. In fact, they are the prettiest shoes I own! I would definitely recommend them to any bride to be who values comfort when wearing heels for their wedding!

The appointment booking is simple and seamless - only to note that you may need more buffer period to book the appointment on your preferred dates. Directions to location is WA over a day or two before the appointment date - which is great! All else are quite easy. The service is great, the session is easy. Choose the heels that you like, and also there are different displays pieces around for visual. And you get to try the size. Guided discussions helped with decision. Although no updates during the 2-3 weeks till delivery of shoes. The shoes came to doorstep perfectly, on the day that I have received a text to informed on delivery. The shoes is nicely packed in bubble wrap and all. Also, it comes in a nice dust bag. Attached is the pair I have got. Nothing more to say. In short. Good experience, good product and services. Highly recommended.

A very nice and cozy space. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment I entered the store till I left. All queries are answered and suggestions were given to suit my needs! Customised the heels and used it for my PWS as well as actual day, it's very comfortable for a person who don't wear heels often and have bunion on both her feet! ????????
