International Orders


SHIPPING

All packages are shipped from our Singapore office via UPS, unless otherwise stated. Due to the varying nature of international shipping rates (based on parcel size, weight, and destination), we do not charge international shipping at checkout. Instead, here’s how it works:

1. Place your order as usual — you won’t be charged for shipping yet.
2. Once we receive your order, we’ll determine the most reliable and cost-effective shipping option for your shoes.
3. You’ll receive a separate invoice for the shipping fee, based on live courier rates.
4. Once payment is received, your shoes will be shipped to you.

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 14-21 business days for shoes / 3 business days for veil & accessories as the item(s) are made-to-order. Delivery time also depends widely on the shipping method, destination country, and its customs regulation.

We offer the following shipping method(s) depending on your country:

While we always work closely with our delivery partner(s) to ensure that the products get delivered securely to you within the shortest reasonable time frame, we seek your understanding that during periods of exceptional sale volumes (public holiday long weekends, sale periods, etc), there might be some delays expected. 

Oooh Darling is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages so please be sure your address is a valid and secure address.  

 

ORDER STATUS

You may view your order status in ‘Recent Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.

Your order status is reflected next to your order date.

We regret to inform you that you will not be able to cancel or make amendments to your order once your order has been successfully placed.

Description:
Processing Your order is currently being processed.
Shipped Your order has been sent to the designated courier company. You will receive a notification email with tracking number sent to you.
Completed Your order has been fulfilled.
On hold Your order is currently pending for more information before we are able to proceed with your order.
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled.
Refunded A refund (in store credits) has been processed.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you may track your order in ‘Recent Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.

Click on the ‘View Order’ button that corresponds to your order number to view your tracking number. Alternatively, you may refer to the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email.

Thereafter, you may visit the online tracking system of UPS at https://www.ups.com/track.

Next, enter your Tracking Number into the relevant field to track your order.

Kindly note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system of UPS.

 

CUSTOMS FEES

Depending on your countries, some packages may be subjected to additional customs fees which the buyers are responsible for. Please be reminded we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that your package may be subjected to. Therefore, we encourage you to check your country’s import fees regulations. The shipping charges of your purchase only cover the postage cost; IT DOES NOT COVER ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY. We do not mark our items as gifts so we kindly ask buyers not to request this from us.    

 

DELIVERY FAILURE

If you have received a notification from UPS that they were unable to deliver the package to you at the first attempt, please contact them to arrange for a re-delivery. 

We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers, and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.
